Bedroom Reservations

My plans changed, can I cancel my room?

Flexible Rate: If you booked with a flexible rate, you can cancel your reservation free of charge if done before 10 AM on the day prior to your arrival.

Non-Refundable Rate: If you booked a non-refundable rate, full charges will apply in case of cancellation or no-show.

Who do I contact to cancel my room?

A room cancellation must be done through the same method as your original booking. To cancel a booking made via our website, go to the booking page (click on "Book Now"), then select My Bookings in the top right corner. Enter your booking confirmation number and the email used during the booking.

Can I change or modify my reservation after booking?

Yes, you can amend your booking up to 10 AM on the day before your arrival. To modify your reservation, go to the booking page on our website (click on "Book Now"), then choose My Bookings in the top right corner and enter your booking confirmation number and email address.

What should I do if I can’t find availability for my preferred dates?

Can I book a room for someone else?

Yes, you can book a room for someone else. Simply provide their name in the notes section when making the reservation, if it differs from the name on the booking. Payment will be processed upon arrival.

Can I book and pay for someone else?

Yes, you can book and pay for someone else. Please contact reservations@thewesley.co.uk to arrange payment.

Do you offer group reservations?

Yes, we offer group reservations. Please contact reservations@thewesley.co.uk for further details.

I booked a non-refundable rate but my card has not been charged yet. When will I be charged?

We prefer to take payment directly from the guest upon arrival. The card will only be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.

Closest way to Euston Station
Exit the building, turn right, then left, and take the first right for the fastest route.

Is parking available?
We do not have private parking. If the nearby public car park is full, please check your parking app for alternative options.

Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Yes, we offer luggage storage after check-out; however, we do not provide overnight storage.

Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and charged at £10 per hour.

Where is the 24/7 Fitness Centre located ?
The gym is located on the -1 floor, near the conference room Marylebone.

Is room service available?
Yes, you can order room service easily via The Wesley App. For assistance, contact reception. Download The Wesley App for a seamless experience.

Are the main doors locked at night?
Yes, the main doors lock at midnight. Guests can use their room key to access the building via the side panel. If you lose your key, reception is available 24/7 to assist.

Can I book a taxi?
Yes, you can book a taxi through The Wesley App for a seamless experience. We recommend booking in advance, as last-minute requests may have a 15–20 minute wait time. Download The Wesley App to make your booking quickly and conveniently.

Best way to reach the hotel from Euston Station?
For the fastest route, use the back entrance of the station rather than the main road.

Do I need to book a table in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability. Reservations can be made by calling +44 (0) 207 691 8588 or online via our website.

Can I host a private dining event at The Wesley Bar & Kitchen?

What are your opening hours?

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes, our menu includes a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes to accommodate different dietary preferences.

Can I bring my own wine? Is there a corkage fee?

No, we do not permit outside alcohol. Our extensive drinks menu features a curated selection of wines and beverages.

Is parking available nearby?

The Wesley Euston does not have on-site parking. However, there are several public parking options nearby. Please note that parking restrictions apply on local roads from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 AM and 6:30 PM.

We recommend using the George Mews Car Park, which is approximately a 3-minute walk from our Euston hotel.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies and halal options?

Yes, we cater to a range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and halal options. Guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements are encouraged to inform our staff when booking or upon arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?

The Wesley Bar & Kitchen operates on a cashless basis. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you have outdoor seating?

No, all dining areas are located within the hotel premises.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted in The Wesley Bar & Kitchen, except for service animals.

Do you have a children's menu or high chairs available?

While we do not have a dedicated children's menu, many of our dishes are suitable for younger guests. High chairs are available upon request.

Is room service available?

Yes, room service is available throughout the day, in line with our restaurant’s operating hours. Guests can place orders via The Wesley App or the in-room phone.

What does the breakfast buffet include?

Our breakfast buffet offers a selection of:

Hot items - Eggs, sausages, baked beans, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, and toast.

Continental options - Cereals, pastries, croissants, yoghurts, fresh fruit, and cheeses.

Beverages - Juices, tea, and coffee.

Can the breakfast buffet be ordered as room service?

While the buffet is served in the restaurant, guests can order selected breakfast items to their room. A £2 tray charge applies to room service orders.

Meetings & Events - The Wesley Euston

Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes, we accommodate all dietary requirements except Kosher.

How do we connect to the projector and sound system in the room?
All rooms are equipped with an HDMI connection for projectors and a PA system for microphones, if required.

How do we use the video conferencing equipment?
Our team is available on the day to assist with setup. The system includes two microphone plates for audio input and a Logitech speaker for output. To use video conferencing, the Microsoft Teams or Zoom call must be connected to the Logitech equipment.

Is the venue fully accessible?
Yes, The Wesley Euston is fully accessible, with lifts and accessible toilets available.

Where is the nearest evacuation/assembly point?
The designated evacuation and assembly point is Tolmers Square, located to the left of the main entrance on North Gower Street.

How many delegates can your meeting rooms accommodate?

What is the closest underground station?
Mornington Crescent Station is approximately a 3-minute walk, and Camden Town Station is around a 7-minute walk from the hotel.

Do you have a gym?
We do not have a gym at our Camden Town property, but we have a 24/7 fitness centre located within our Euston property. Please speak to our Front of House team for more information.

Do you have a restaurant?
We do not have a restaurant at our Camden Town property, but The Wesley Bar & Kitchen is located within our Euston property. Please speak to our Front of House team for more information.

Do you have any meetings and events facilities?
We have one large multi-purpose space called The Wesleyan, available for hire.

Is luggage storage available?
Yes, luggage storage is available free of charge every day until midnight.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, with a fee of £10 per hour. The latest possible check-out time is 4:00 PM.

Is breakfast available?
We do not offer breakfast facilities; however, we are happy to direct guests to our sister hotel, The Wesley Bar & Kitchen, located within The Wesley Euston, or provide recommendations for breakfast options in the surrounding area upon request.

Is the church still operational?
Yes, the church remains operational and is open to the public every Sunday from 11:00 AM until the conclusion of the service.

Is there a car park?
The hotel does not have a car park. The closest parking facility is Curnock Estate Car Park, located at 38/40 Pratt Street, NW1 0LY. For more details, please visit parkopedia.com.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the hotel is fully wheelchair accessible, including two designated bedrooms.

Can I store my bike during my stay?
